I'm a Melbourne-based operations and project specialist with twenty years of senior experience across major events, tourism, government agencies, regulated industries, and complex service environments.

My career has been built in high-visibility organisations: the kind where results are judged by hundreds of thousands of people and there is no room to hide. Two Olympic Games. The Australian Open. The Singapore National Stadium. Victoria's state electoral system. Contractor to the Australian Defence Force. I have operated at Director level in environments where the stakes are public, the deadlines are fixed, and getting it wrong is not an option.

Most organisations facing a difficult problem don't need a lengthy strategy process. They need someone who can read a situation quickly, earn the confidence of the people in it, and focus on what actually moves things forward.

That's what I do.

I work best in situations with genuine complexity. A change environment, a mobilisation, a leadership gap, a project that needs ownership, or an operation that needs stabilising. I'm comfortable at the executive table, embedded in a project team, alongside frontline teams, or in hi-vis and boots.
